Fire! Sale / Dada Ball 12

Ma7 7th & 8th • 7:00-12:00 and 8:00 to 2:00

(just two doors west of the City Museum)

Hold on to your socks! 'Cause I'm fixin to bring it! I am working on an 8 foot x 4 foot painting with 2 models painted on 2 sides for the texture of dynamic art. If time is kind I may have as many as 3 models but.... we shall just have to see. I may or may not exhibit at the Fire Sale depending on the model situation. But it will take a team of wild anti art to keep me from the Dada Ball.

In case you aren't familiar with Dada, let me give you a heads up. It paved the way for Surrealism by eliminating the rigid standards by which art is deemed good or poor. In short many enthusiast refer to it as a movement that gave way to the celebration of art being art for art's sake not the viewers. Add a dash of Sigmund and Dali or two and that's the recipe for making surrealism.

I am working tons these day's and I'll call that a blessing. However it is making being ready for this show more than a little trying. So please come out if nothing else to celebrate a job complete, and time for a break. As if..... I have already re-filled my schedule with another bike and another web-site.

By the way the body painting mentioned in the flyer is me. So if your feeling a little sassy feel free to come to the show. I'm there to paint your....whatever. Elbow!

Hope to see you there!
